MICHELLE DOYLE is a certified Yamuna® Body Rolling (YBR) practitioner
and instructor with a background in martial arts and Qi Gong.

YBR is a healing and fitness system using 6 to 10 inch inflatable balls to stimulate bone and systematically work muscles from origin to insertion. YBR frees myofascial and structural restrictions and helps to increase range of motion, improve posture and prevent injury.

GROUP CLASSES focus on key areas each week helping to free up any restrictions you may have in your legs, hips, back and shoulders. Each class will focus on a different part of your body and leave you feeling fabulous.
